The free ELEMNT Companion App effortlessly guides you through a step-by-step set-up so that you can create customized activity profiles, track performance, update firmware, and share workout data effortlessly.

TOUCHLESS TRANSITION
Start your triathlon with just the touch of a button, and let RIVAL do all the work when it comes to tracking your performance. In triathlon mode, Touchless Transition allows the watch to automatically transition through the different legs of the triathlon, from swim, bike to run, without having to interact with it other than at the start and finish.

MULTISPORT HANDOVER
Connect your ELEMNT RIVAL and ELEMNT GPS Bike Computer profiles for a seamless display experience during the bike leg of your training or race. This feature enables the bike computer to display your cumulative workout metrics from the watch, while you still retain control of the head unit itself.

MANUAL MULTISPORT
A quick 5k after your swim? The Manual Multisport feature allows you to use the lap button to switch between workout profiles, when going from one activity to the next, without stopping the total workout tracking.

PERFECT VIEW ZOOM BUTTONS
Easy to access buttons on the side of the unit allow you to zoom in and out of data fields with ease. Zoom in to see just one data field or zoom out to view up to six data fields.

IN-APP WORKOUT EDITOR
Edit your triathlon or pool swim to the most precise representation of your performance. In the ELEMNT Companion App, you are able to manually edit each leg of your triathlon to match your official race times or your lap swim data to accurately reflect your workout.

ELEMNT RIVAL inherently tracks the following metrics without the use of an external sensor paired: speed, distance, workout time, swim lengths, pace, stroke count, stroke rate, SWOLF.

ADVANCED RUNNING DYNAMICS WITH TICKR X
When paired with TICKR X, ANT+ Running Dynamics are recorded and displayed on the watch for real-time feedback. Seeing this data in real-time can help you make form adjustments, such as proper cadence, to improve your performance during your workout.

BROADCAST HEART RATE
ELEMNT RIVAL is able to broadcast your heart rate to other devices such as bike computers, treadmills and 3rd party apps.
